I begin this blog with a heartfelt acknowledgment of country to the true Indigenous landowners of Meanjin. I pay my deepest respects to the Turrbal and Yuggera people, the traditional custodians of this land.
Their enduring connection to this place, its history, and its stories is a reminder of the rich cultural tapestry that we are all a part of.
I honour their elders, both past and present, and express my gratitude for the opportunity to live and work on this land, which has always been, and always will be, Aboriginal land.
